Model Your Compliance Revenue

The platform costs £1,000 per month plus £4 per month per active end customer. Cyber Essentials automation is included in the platform cost. You set your own markup per client, keeping the difference as margin. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs. CE certification revenue and premium framework commissions are additional on top.

All clients complete a CE Basic assessment. Clients upgrading to CE Plus complete both the basic and the plus assessment. If you are a CE certification body, you already earn certification revenue independently - Fig does not add additional CE income in this case. If you are not a certification body, Fig handles the certification through our network of accredited compliance assessors, and you receive £30 per basic assessment and £250 per plus assessment. Fig is an IASME-accredited CE certification body but does not perform assessments directly - all assessment work is carried out by our assessor network.

Any framework beyond Cyber Essentials - such as ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC 2, CMMC, or DORA - is considered premium. These are charged to the end customer at approximately £6,000 per year. Your MSP earns 25% of the first year revenue from each premium framework sale.

MSPs using Fig can demonstrate stronger controls across their own operations and their client base. This documented compliance posture typically reduces the MSP's own cyber, PI, and D&O insurance premiums by 15-25%. The calculator uses a 20% midpoint.

Not all clients will adopt the compliance service immediately. The adoption rate reflects what percentage of your client base actively uses Fig. Most MSPs see 60-90% adoption within 12 months, depending on how the service is packaged.

Fig is an IASME-accredited Cyber Essentials certification body, but we do not carry out assessments ourselves. Instead, we operate a network of accredited compliance assessors who perform the certification work. If your MSP is already a CE certification body, you automatically join this assessor network when you register for Fig, giving you access to assessment work across the platform. Note that cert body MSPs do not receive additional CE revenue from Fig, as they already earn certification income independently. If you are not a certification body, our assessor network handles the certification on your behalf and you receive £30 per basic and £250 per plus assessment.
