Clause 01 · Commitment

Accessibility target

Fig Group aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA for public website journeys where practical, including core commercial pages, forms, navigation, checkout preparation steps, and long-form guidance.

Clause 02 · Testing

What we test

  • Keyboard access for navigation, forms, modals, menus, and checkout flows.
  • Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, cards, and form controls.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks, tables, breadcrumbs, and form labels.
  • Screen-reader announcements for validation, progress, success, and error states.
  • Reduced-motion handling where JavaScript animation is used.

Clause 03 · Limitations

Known limitations

Some third-party services, including payment, reCAPTCHA, review widgets, and embedded media, are controlled by their providers. We only load optional third-party tracking after consent and keep fallback routes available where a third-party component cannot load.

Clause 04 · Feedback

Report an accessibility issue

If you find an accessibility issue, email enquiries@figgroup.co.uk with the page URL, the issue, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the outcome you were trying to complete. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.

Clause 05 · Review

Review cycle

This statement is reviewed after significant website changes and at least annually. Our automated gates include deterministic accessibility and SEO checks, with manual review used for layout, readability, and interaction quality.
